Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for our handicapping services. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

2. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods as specified on our website

3. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Your payment will be processed on the same day each billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

General Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to services for more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • At our discretion for exceptional circumstances

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

Cancellation Timing:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid term
  • No partial refunds for unused time

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days
  • After 3 failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended
  • Suspended accounts lose access to premium content
  • You can reactivate by updating payment information

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.

8. Free Trials

When available, free trials:

  • Require valid payment method to activate
  • Automatically convert to paid subscription if not cancelled
  • Are limited to one per customer

9. Disputes

For billing disputes, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Include your account details and a description of the issue.
